Cycle into Spring with TFI Bikes
Spring is just around the corner and what better way to get out and about than on two wheels? That’s why the Transport for Ireland (TFI) Bikes service in Cork, Limerick, Galway and now Waterford is ideal for those quick pops to the shop or cycles to work.
Run by An Rothar Nua on behalf of the National Transport Authority, the TFI Bikes service has been proudly serving communities in our four major cities since 2014. It’s estimated that cycling reduces your carbon emissions by 67% compared to driving a car, giving additional motivation to leave the car at home and hop onto a TFI Bike instead.
With the warm weather just around the corner now is the time to sign up to the TFI Bikes service in your city. Simply visit www.bikeshare.ie to register for just €10 a year. For those on a weekend break a three-day pass can be purchased from just €3. Please note a security deposit applies.
